Foundations of a Corporation

Volumes have been said & written on what are the foundations of the corporation. Yet we see many Corporations Filing for Bankruptcy year after year. Key is to see the Qualitative difference between the same set of parameters that are foundation for some new born and those that have lost or losing that foundation or Qualitative edge in the same very parameters.
