1200mUSD per annum Opportunity in Dairy Feed

This  is  the  mother  of  all Opportunity  we  have  been  waiting  for. This  is  the  foundation  of  a Corporation. We  possibly  need  extremely  careful and  quick  action  to  avoid  failures  that  we have  seen in  Nitrous Oxide  domains.

 

 

There  are  over  5 million  tonnes of  Methane  emitted  from  enteric  emissions  from  Cross Breed  / dairy  & indegenous  Cattle  in India  alone. These  emissions can  be  very  cost  effectively  mitigated  by using  Ionophore  salts  made  by Eli Lily  susbsidiary  Elanco Health Products USA  by the  brand  name, Rumensin  containing  a  salt  called  "Monensin Sodium". Just  at  15  Euro per  year  of  this  feed  we  can  get  credits at  1.4-1.8 Euro/CER  &  additional  milk  of  about  400-8000Rs/year /animal. Thus  for  the  2776,000 cross  breed/  dairy  cattle  of Maharshtra  Alone  we  will  get  48 million USD  of CERs ( net  of  feed costs)  per  year. Besides  an  increase  in  milk productivity  of  555  crore Rs/year.

 

The  reach  to  animal  owners  is  mainly  through  Dairy  Cooperatives  only if  we need  to  reach  them  fast. We  just  cant miss  this  one.
